About the role

Bao Tong Management is seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join our team in North Sydney. This full-time position is responsible for managing various accounting tasks and supporting the overall financial operations of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

Reconciling bank accounts and credit card statements

Maintaining accurate financial records and preparing regular reports

Assisting with month-end and year-end close processes

Providing administrative support to the finance team as needed

Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing more efficient accounting practices

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accounts Officer or similar finance/accounting role

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
