Breakfast Chef – Alma Surfers Paradise

We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Breakfast Chef to join our team at Alma. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who loves early starts and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen with a focus on quality, consistency, and clean execution.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading breakfast service and prep in a high-volume beachside venue

Working with a small, supportive team to deliver a fresh and modern menu

Maintaining a clean, organised kitchen and following food safety standards

Prepping for the next day’s service and managing stock rotation

Communicating with FOH to ensure smooth service flow

Taking pride in presentation, timing, and quality of every dish

What We’re Looking For:

Previous breakfast chef or line cook experience

Punctual, clean, and consistent with service and prep

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Good understanding of food safety and kitchen standards

Available for early starts and weekend shifts
