EPICURE, part of the GEMA Group, is on the lookout for energetic Chefs & Kitchen Hands to join our vibrant kitchen team at Brisbane City Hall.

This is casual, flexible work – perfect for those who want to stay busy during the event season and enjoy downtime when things quieten down. We run functions and events all year round, from elegant galas to buzzing festivals.

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Chef or Kitchen Hand, preferably in a fast-paced environment

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work well under pressure

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Enthusiasm, positivity and a willingness to learn

A current Food Safe for Food Handler's Certificate

Availability to work a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
