An exciting opportunity exists for a professional, experienced and qualified Chef/Cook with experience in traditional and modern Italian cuisine.

Minimum 5 years in similar role, with dedication, attention to detail, creativity and consistency with a proven track record. As an established and popular restaurant, we are growing and are looking for that special person to join our family and grow with us. Must be reliable, passionate and a team player with great communication skills and can work under pressure.

Must be competent with menu development, sourcing suppliers, stock control, ordering, costings and Health & Safety compliance.

Casual Position to transition to permanent after suitable trial period
