We’re looking for commercially minded, customer-obsessed Account Executives to join our NSW Sales Team, with opportunities available in both Private Sector and Public Sector portfolios.
Whether your passion lies in helping councils and universities navigate digital transformation or partnering with private enterprise to solve complex challenges through technology, we want to hear from you.
About the Roles
As an Account Executive at Logicalis Australia, you'll:
Build long-term, trusted relationships with senior decision-makers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing existing accounts.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from discovery and proposal to negotiation and handover.
Collaborate with pre-sales, technical experts, and delivery teams to shape effective solutions.
Act as a trusted technology partner, helping clients solve real-world business problems through tailored solutions across Managed Services, Cloud, Security, Networking, and more.
Represent Logicalis at industry events, networking opportunities, and customer forums.
We have two focus areas:
Public Sector
Manage and grow existing relationships with NSW Local Councils.
Expand into NSW-based Universities with a strategic, value-led approach.
Navigate complex government procurement environments and long sales cycles with discipline and authenticity.
Private Sector
Engage with innovative private SMBs across NSW.
Drive strategic sales planning to deliver impactful technology solutions.
Build and expand your portfolio through a consultative, relationship-first approach.
About You
You’re commercially astute, strategically minded, and genuinely customer-focused. You’ll thrive in a role where you:
Take ownership of your territory and pipeline.
Balance farming and hunting – nurturing existing relationships while driving new business.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, partners, and customers to deliver outcomes.
Bring curiosity, capability, confidence, and a customer-obsessed mindset to everything you do.
We’re especially keen to hear from people with:
Proven experience in B2B ICT sales (5–15 years desirable).
A background in Managed Services, Systems Integration, or solution-based technology sales.
Experience selling into either the NSW Public Sector (councils, universities) or Private Sector organisations.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex buying environments.
Familiarity with solutions from Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, HP or equivalent technology partners.
Excellent communication, planning, and CRM discipline.
