You'll need to be energetic, driven, and wanting to establish a solid career path with a vibrant and close-knit Finance Broking Team. You will also possess an understanding of the need to create and maintain long-lasting ties with clients, as well as a desire for constant and never-ending improvement in all aspects of our business. Additionally, you will want to help market directly to the national medical association (4,500 members) with whom we have a partnership & referral arrangement

The positions on offer can be either full-time or part-time.

To be eligible for this role, we need you to have:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in residential mortgage and/ or finance broking (commercial and EF)

• Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broker or equivalent as a minimum requirement

• Very good organizational and time management skills, managing multiple loan applications at once

• Strong and confident communication skills (written and verbal) with a pleasant phone manner

• Excellent literacy, numerical and research skills

• A strong customer focus

• High motivation with the ability to work autonomously

• Accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Professional presentation

• A sense of humour, a love of coffee and a real sense of “team-play”

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Providing exceptional customer services in a timely and professional manner

• Receiving and processing client enquiries for finance from application to settlement

• Compilation of loan files, ensuring compliance requirements met

Experience with the Connective "Mercury" platform will be viewed favourably, but not essential
