Otis Finance is a boutique brokerage dedicated to making the complex simple -whilst providing outstanding customer experiences. As we expand our client and partner services, we are looking for a skilled Broker Support Manager to join our team.

Position Details:

Employment Type: Part-time (20 - 30 hours per week)

Location: West Leederville, with the flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week

Role Responsibilities: You will primarily support the team with:

Liaising with banks to ensure customer outcomes are achieved in a timely manner

Supporting brokers with preparation of client meetings and lodgements

Engaging with clients, providing updates throughout the loan process

Conducting annual reviews and repricing existing loans

Completing basic serviceability assessments, valuations, pricing requests and product comparisons

Tracking applications through from enquiry to settlement

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

Experience in mortgage application processing and applyonline

Capability to manage high transaction volumes efficiently

Familiarity with credit principles and regulatory requirements

Proficiency in aggregator software, with a preference for Mercury CRM

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Prior experience in pipeline management and mortgage lending (>3 years preferred)
