Social Manna is seeking a sharp, experienced Head Chef to lead our high-performing kitchen. This is a rare chance to step into a leadership role with actual balance, proper support and creative input.

✔️ Key Skills Required

Minimum 1 year Head Chef or Senior Sous experience and 5 years as a qualified Chef.
High-volume café or brunch venue background essential
Strong leadership and communication skills
Hands-on experience with rostering (Deputy), ordering, stock control, and food costing(Restoke), reporting (Lightspeed)
Ability to train, support, and retain a high-functioning kitchen team
Excellent time management and kitchen organisation
Brunch/lunch plating consistency and a love of flavour-forward cooking
Knowledge of food safety, allergen protocols.
Calm under pressure, collaborative under fire
