HGMR is seeking an experienced qualified chef, or passionate young chef looking to take the next step in their career, to assist in the head chef in delivering the best quality meals and service. The role has 35 plus hours a week for the right applicant.
At least 4 years commercial kitchen experience
Confident running kitchen operations in head chefs absence
Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
Assist in management of health and safety
Flexible availability over a 7 day rotating roster
