We are a vibrant French café located on beautiful Gympie Terrace in Noosa, known for our crêpes, galettes, seasonal dishes, and warm hospitality. We are currently seeking a qualified Chef to join our growing team on a full-time basis. Sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

About the Role
You will be responsible for food preparation, cooking and service across breakfast, lunch and occasional special events. You’ll bring creativity, consistency, and a strong sense of kitchen organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook dishes in line with our French-style menu, including savoury galettes, sweet crêpes and seasonal specials

Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control meet our standards

Maintain a clean and compliant kitchen according to food safety regulations

Manage stock, order supplies and assist in menu development

Train and supervise kitchen staff where required

Skills & Experience:

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification)

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a chef (post-qualification)

Experience in French cuisine or similar is highly regarded

Good communication and teamwork skills

Reliability, initiative and a passion for food

Sponsorship Details:
Employer sponsorship is available under the Temporary Skill Shortage (TSS) visa (subclass 482) for the right candidate. Candidates already in Australia with full working rights are also encouraged to apply.
