About the role:

Venue Manager

What you'll be doing:

Overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of the National Hotel Complex.

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in a hospitality management position.

Proven track record of achieving financial targets, for example revenue, cost of goods and labor.

Passionate about people, hospitality and experiences

Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Exemplary service skills and standards.

Strong organizational skills with the capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

High level of attention to detail and forward-thinking to identify opportunities.

Able and willing to work on a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, daytime and evening services.

Experience with TAB and KENO would be an advantage.

Function and event experience are a bonus.
