💦 The Job
As a Plumber with Turner & Co Plumbing, you’ll be:
- Working on residential maintenance and small scale projects such as bathroom renovations
- Convert, manage and successfully complete plumbing jobs & projects
- Supervise, train and mentor apprentices and junior tradesmen, supporting learning and growth within the team
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing plumbing problems efficiently
- Collaborate effectively with customers and teammates, promoting more efficient operations and greater outcomes
- Delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining great customer service

👷‍♂️ You
- Qualified Plumber with 4+ years post-apprenticeship
- Experience in residential & commercial maintenance
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously or in a team
- Fit, active and takes pride in being sharp (on tools and off)
- Communicates well and thrives in a team-first environment
- Valid driver’s license, white card and clear police/WWC checks
- Exceptional attention to detail - we hold a high standard in our workmanship
