About the role

Join our established team of skilled plumbers at RAE.CO PLUMBING' as a Maintenance Plumber based in Newcastle, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality plumbing services and maintenance support to our residential and commercial customers across the local area.

What you'll be doing

Diagnose and repair a wide range of plumbing issues, including blocked drains, leaks, and damaged fixtures

Carry out scheduled maintenance and preventative work to ensure the smooth operation of plumbing systems

Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide professional advice on plumbing solutions

Comply with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards

Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work completed

Support the wider team as needed to deliver exceptional customer service

What we're looking for

Fully qualified plumber with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a maintenance or repair role

Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and fittings

Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills to quickly identify and resolve issues

Customer-focused approach with the ability to provide clear, professional advice

Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality work

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Current driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
