About the role

Watermark Plumbing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join our team in Chatswood, NSW. As a Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality plumbing services to commercial and residential customers in the local area. This full-time position offers competitive remuneration and the opportunity to be part of a growing, reputable plumbing company.

What you'll be doing

Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and repair tasks, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures

Respond promptly to customer service calls and provide efficient, professional service

Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues to identify the root cause and implement appropriate solutions

Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations

Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices

Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients

What we're looking for

Fully qualified and licensed plumber with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the industry

Proven track record of successfully completing a wide range of plumbing maintenance and repair tasks

Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills (we don't do sales, we just want professional plumbers)

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Proficient in the use of plumbing tools and equipment

Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
