About the Role Our maintenance division is growing fast, and we’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Plumber ready to take the lead. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing reactive and scheduled plumbing works across residential, strata, and light commercial properties.

Responsibilities Include

Leading a small team of maintenance plumbers and apprentices

Attending maintenance plumbing jobs: blocked drains, hot water, leaks, repairs

Coordinating scheduling and prioritising urgent call-outs

Liaising directly with clients and strata/property managers

Ensuring workmanship meets safety and compliance standards

Training and mentoring junior team members

Providing job updates and reports using our system apps

What You’ll Bring

Licensed plumber with strong maintenance experience

Confident with client-facing communication

Organised, solutions-focused, and reliable

Leadership experience or the drive to step into that role

White Card, driver’s licence, and relevant trade certificates

Experience with job management software a bonus
