This role supports the Manager to run the restaurant ensuring that Chargrill Charlie's provides consistently high standards of gourmet food and customer service. The responsibilities will include:
· Customer service quality - role model outstanding customer service and coach team members
· Sales - drive promotions and campaigns to optimise results
· Food presentation- ensure food is always fresh and well presented
· Restaurant presentation - ensure the store is always clean and well presented
· Stock management - ensure stock levels are maintained and safely stored
· Operational management - assist manage a team of > 20 staff. Manage shifts to optimise performance
· Workplace health and safety - ensure the team follow procedures to remain safe whilst working
· Staff training and development - assist with the training and coaching of the customer service team)
