Role & Responsibilities
As a Civil Supervisor, you will oversee civil construction projects on-site, ensuring all activities are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will coordinate and supervise site teams including subcontractors, machinery operators, and laborers.

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for smooth operations

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local standards

Monitor progress of bulk earthworks, landfill construction, and material processing

Collaborate with site engineers and operational staff to resolve issues promptly

Manage daily site reports and maintain accurate documentation

Assist with resource allocation and materials delivery

Report project progress and escalate issues to senior management

Maintain quality control and assurance procedures on-site

Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders

Skills & Experience

5-7 years’ experience in civil construction supervision on large-scale projects (bulk earthworks/landfill preferred)

Qualification in civil engineering, construction management, or related field (Diploma or Degree preferred)

Proven leadership and team management skills

Strong knowledge of civil construction processes, safety standards, and local regulations

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
