This role is ideal for someone with a carpentry background who's confident managing trades and driving daily site operations. You’ll be responsible for keeping the program on track, ensuring high quality from start to finish, and maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-communicated job site.

The business has been operating for over seven years and continues to grow through word of mouth and repeat clients. There’s a genuine buzz across the team, and plenty of opportunity to progress as the business expands. Their projects range from $3 million to $10 million and are all bespoke single dwellings.

Salary is up to $140k including super, depending on your experience. To be considered, you must have strong carpentry skills and proven experience running high-end residential jobs. It is essential to understand that in this business, the site supervisors are required to be 70% on the tools and 30% in the office/admin.
