Who we’re looking for:

We are seeking a foreman located in the East/South East region of Melbourne. As a Foreman you will be responsible for the completion of the project on or under time, whilst ensuring a safe site is maintained and a quality product is constructed for delivery to the client.

Forecasting and programming

OHS and environmental requirements

Arrangement of Plant, Labour and materials for project

Daily monitoring of activity costs

Medium density, Sub division and road infrastructure experience is a MUST

Set out level and carry out layout as per drawing

Civil construction duties / Machine Operating

Efficient and economic use of resources

Administration including timesheets and delivery dockets

Start ups, toolboxes, site inductions and checking tickets

Reporting and Audits

Referring and communicating requirements of DBYD, PMPs, SWMS, and MSDS

Mitigating and reporting incidences

Skills and qualifications

Certificate III in Civil Construction

Must have 5 Years Civil work

Current driver’s license

Good communication skills

Attention to detail

Proven leadership skills

Have a thorough knowledge of the drawings, specifications and quality requirements for all site related activities

Strong sense of teamwork

Flexibility to handle task

Can do attitude

Good work ethic

Able to handle stress of work

Multi-tasking

$110000-140000 p.a + Super + Company Car + Overtime
