The Opportunity

Rapid growth within our Government practice means that we are currently looking to appoint a Junior Recruitment Consultant in Sydney, to help shape future success and drive further growth across the market. With a specific focus on recruiting for business support positions, you will learn key client development and 360 degree recruitment delivery across Government accounts, to ensure that Ampersand is positioned as the recruitment firm of choice.
