About the Role

Position: Recruitment Consultant

Location: Fully remote for 12 months (QLD-based clients), with a move to a new CBD office after one year. Based in Brisbane/Melbourne/Sydney is suitable.

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Base Salary: $60,000 + inclusive super

Commission: Highly competitive—OTE $200,000+ (on target, uncapped commission structure)

Equity Opportunity: Potential for company equity, based on performance

What You'll Be Doing

Managing the full 360° recruitment process across white-collar and construction roles

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates

Immediate access to existing clients and active job roles from day one

Proactively developing your own business pipeline and identifying new opportunities within the construction market

Meeting Brisbane or Gold Coast-based clients weekly for relationship management and briefings

Arranging interviews, negotiating offers and contracts, and providing ongoing support for both clients and candidates

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years’ experience minimum as a recruitment consultant (agency or in-house), preferably within construction experience. Open to senior consultants also.

Demonstrated record of business development and relationship-building success

Confident self-starter with strong organisation and negotiation skills

Excellent communicator, able to meet clients face-to-face weekly in Sydney

Driven to exceed targets and motivated by significant earning potential

Passion for recruitment and a high-energy, solutions-focused attitude
