• Manage a cluster of 5 stores (and growing) across a dynamic retail network

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong and confident leader with a passion for people and results
• Proven experience in multi-site retail management or similar
• A strategic thinker who can plan for growth and succession
• Energetic, positive, and values-driven, with a genuine passion for retail
• Strong understanding of sales reporting, KPIs, and driving team performance
• Experience with visual merchandising and leading product-focused teams
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment and wants to build future leaders
