This role would particularly suit someone coming from a wharehouse, logistics, construction or manufacturing background.

The Role:

• Oversee the delivery of restoration projects, ensuring all work is completed to required specifications, quality standards, and within project timelines.
• Lead monthly toolbox meetings to promote safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Train, mentor, and develop a team of technicians, ensuring adherence to industry standards, company procedures, and best practices.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service is delivered throughout each project.

Requirements:

• Management experience is essential; however, a background in Restoration is not required.
• Strong people skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
• Computer literate and comfortable with modern technology.
