Levantine Hill is an award-wining family owned winery and luxury brand. The Estate operates a state-of-the-art restaurant and cellar door, winery and functions centre, and soon to open 33 room boutique hotel.

Levantine Hill is within short travelling distance of Melbourne's eastern suburbs, and an hour from Melbourne’s CBD.

Levantine Hill is looking for an energetic and self-motivated Wine Relationship Manager/ Wine Ambassador/Sales Gun, to rejuvenate and increase a strong pipeline of wine sales and memberships in our business.

Base salary per year plus favourable bonus scheme. No capped earnings.

To support wine sales, you would need the flexibility to work some weeknights/weekends/public holidays from time to time, for meetings with private clients and attending special events, creating more opportunities for increased earnings.

To assist in showcasing and selling our product to new and existing consumers, the position will have two premier working locations: Predominantly at Levantine Hill’s Estate in Coldstream, in the Yarra Valley, and in the Head Office in Melbourne’s CBD.

Who We Are Looking For:

Proven ability to consistently maximise opportunities and achieve sales targets.

Experience in selling, with ease, direct to affluent consumers.

Energetic drive to maximise wine sales revenue by engaging and educating the consumer in the cellar door, as well as follow-up sales via phone, email, events, private appointments and relationship management.

Provide an exceptional customer experience, every time.

Ability to learn and work with the company's CRM and programs such as Hubspot and Shopify.

Technical wine knowledge and enthusiasm to share it.

General day to day cellar door operations.

Excitement to promote the Company's wine on and off site, at events and appointments as required.

Impeccable personal presentation

Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills

A full driver’s licence and vehicle for commuting purposes.

Advertised base salary includes Superannuation. A bonus scheme applies and is payable monthly.
