About the role

We are looking for a motivated Branch Manager to lead the growth of our Professionals team (white collar) in Victoria.

Managing the division, you will have an opportunity to grow and develop others whilst servicing our growing client base. You will be part of a group who come together regularly and set the future direction of the overall business.

Your day will include:

Developing new business opportunities for both temp and perm opportunities

Managing financials for the Branch

Running the full recruitment process for office based and professional roles

Building long lasting relationships with existing clients

Growing your talent pool to keep up with client demand

Collaborating with the team to smash targets and drive growth

Leading and mentoring

About you

Have a track record of developing business and providing service excellence

Strong business acumen

FastTrack 360 experience highly desirable

Communicate and influence effectively

The ability to lead and be a self starter

Be able to network and build relationships
