About us:

The Cricketers Balmain is a place where you can find good food, good times & live sport, in a classic and charming location. We are currently undergoing another major renovation and about to launch an exciting new venue!

We have multiple offerings on different levels of the venue. Areas range from the local’s front bar, sports lounge, bistro area, outdoor beer garden, pool room with a working bar & a private function room on the top floor.

We are also a part of a larger group of independently owned pubs that band together to help each other out in many different ways. There is always room for growth amongst our venues that are dotted all around the Inner West. Our DMs are our future GMs!

The Position

We're looking for people who would get excited about working in a fast-paced & vibrant venue. Our managers are more than just shift runners. We encourage you to gain a sound understanding and insight into the operations of the business, including staffing and recruitment, finance, and menu development.

You will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations and running of this developing venue. We are primarily seeking someone who will be on the floor, leading the team and creating positive and genuine interactions for our patrons.
