About the Role

• Estimate costs, prepare quotes, and manage industrial and residential projects.
• Ensure adherence to construction codes, regulations, and project timelines.
• Coordinate effectively across all sites, maintaining an organized, efficient, and positive work environment.
• Lead by example, demonstrating strong decision-making, time management, and teamwork.
• Capacity to work occasional Saturday's dependent on project requirements

Skills & Experience

• Relevant qualifications or experience in Project Management
• Prior demolition or civil construction experience (not negotiable)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects from feasibility to completion, including estimating, tendering, and on-site supervision.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, plans, and terminology, with experience in reading plans and using tools like Bluebeam.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office and database management.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently or within a team, with a willingness to travel and oversee projects across Adelaide.
