About the Role
This is a rewarding opportunity for a passionate Behaviour Support Practitioner—whether you're just starting out or bringing years of experience. You’ll join a close-knit team that thrives on collaboration, curiosity, and continuous learning. Your role will involve behavioural assessments, developing Behaviour Support Plans, and contributing to the reduction of restrictive practices. You’ll also have the chance to mentor peers and grow within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop tailored, evidence-based Behaviour Support Plans.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to deliver holistic, person-centred support.

Review and reduce restrictive practices in line with ethical and regulatory standards.

Engage in ongoing professional development, supervision, and reflective practice.

Contribute to a team culture that values shared learning, lived experience, and meaningful outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

Eligibility or registration as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner under the NDIS Commission.

Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, OT, Speech Pathology, Counselling, Teaching, or Social Sciences).

Strong written communication and computer skills, including report writing and client management systems.

A commitment to curiosity, critical thinking, learning, and ethical practice.

Experience with restrictive practices (desirable but not essential).

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within an NDIS framework.

Excellent Microsoft skills and ability to understand legislated compliance.
