Permanent full-time appointment

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join North Regional TAFE as a member of the College’s Corporate Executive Team as the Director Organisational Services.

As the Director Organisational Services, you will provide leadership and the effective management of the College’s organisational service functions including planning, student systems, client services, employment-based training, and marketing and communications to support the core business of the College.

You will play an important role in managing the client services functions of the College to ensure best practice in student acquisition, retention and experience. By working collaboratively with other directorates, you will lead and implement strategies to improve the service delivery of organisational functions and the experience of our stakeholders, including prospective, current and former students.
