Our client is seeking a Digital Learning Manager to join their high-performing Global Digital Learning Team. This role supports the implementation, administration, and improvement of digital learning tools and platforms, with a strong focus on collaboration, problem-solving, and content development.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Administration
Oversee testing, integration, and updates of digital learning tools.
Manage Canvas architecture, permissions, and technical troubleshooting.
Monitor tool usage and provide data-driven insights.
Coordinate with IT and regional teams to resolve issues and maintain standards.
Training & Content Development
Develop and share engaging training content and resources.
Maintain the Global Assignment Library.
Collaborate with internal teams to keep courses and materials up to date.
Collaboration & Reporting
Partner with regional Digital Platform Managers to streamline processes.
Communicate platform updates and solutions clearly and effectively.
Provide usage reports and data insights to the Global Director of Digital Learning.
What You'll Bring
Experience in digital tool administration and content creation.
Strong working knowledge of Canvas LMS.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Bonus points for:
Canvas administration experience.
Qualifications in digital learning or tool administration.
