Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and creative Early Childhood Educator to join our dynamic team at Fulham Gardens. If you're enthusiastic, respectful, and willing to learn, this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a progressive role where you'll make a real difference in the lives of young children.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and deliver a high-quality educational program based on Montessori principles

Engage with children in practical life, sensory experiences, mathematics, culture, and language activities

Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive and enriching learning environment

Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding child development

Uphold the values of integrity, excellence, and passion within the classroom and wider center

Skills and Qualifications:

Certificate 3, Diploma, or working towards a Diploma in Early Childhood Education

Montessori qualifications or experience (highly desirable)

Team player with strong collaboration skills

Enthusiastic, respectful, and eager to learn

Experience in early childhood education is beneficial but not required
