The Organisation:
This respected services organisation is currently recruiting for a three-month contract Accounts Payable Officer. You will be working for a well-known business with a strong national presence. You will be reporting into a manager who is knowledgeable, supportive and considerate of their staff. Although this is initially a temporary position, there is a possibility of it becoming a permanent role or being extended out.
The Position:
You will be responsible for accounts payable duties in a high-volume environment. This includes processing large volumes of invoices, some reconciliations, processing EFT payments and preparing reports for the Accounts Payable Manager as required. This role involves working in a busy, high volume environment.
Your Profile:
To be considered for this Accounts Payable Officer role, it is imperative that you have substantial experience working in a full function accounts payable environment and have strong data entry skills. You should have worked on large systems like Tech One, SAP or Dynamics AX. To truly thrive in this challenging and very busy role, you will need to be self-motivated and highly results driven.
