MJ Hygiene Services is seeking a committed and proactive Site Supervisor to lead and manage multiple shifts at a key client site. The successful applicant will drive customer satisfaction through high standards of cleanliness, team coordination, compliance with hygiene protocols, and effective communication with both staff and clients.

This role plays a vital part in ensuring that cleaning operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in line with company and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead site cleaning teams to deliver consistently high standards across all shifts

Ensure compliance with MJ Hygiene Services’ policies and site-specific cleaning protocols

Monitor and maintain appropriate use of chemicals and equipment

Uphold OHS and food safety compliance across the site

Liaise with clients to address feedback and maintain strong professional relationships

Conduct staff performance management and coaching as needed

Ensure PPE and consumables are available and correctly used

Complete daily reports and ensure timely submission of all documentation

Essential Qualifications:

Current driver’s licence

National Police Clearance or ability to obtain one

Proven ability to manage teams in a commercial or industrial setting

Working knowledge of OHS and hygiene standards

Desirable Qualifications:

Certificate III in Cleaning Operations or equivalent

First Aid certification

Confined Space Entry (if applicable to the site)

EWP/Working at Heights ticket (if applicable)

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in cleaning, sanitation, or hygiene services

Demonstrated ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments

Experience in food manufacturing or industrial hygiene environments is highly regarded

Reports To:

Site Manager

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

100% completion of scheduled cleaning tasks within allocated timeframes

0 reportable safety incidents monthly

<5% staff turnover within assigned team over a rolling 6-month period

Client satisfaction scores maintained at ≥90%

Accurate and timely reporting (100% compliance with report submissions)
