Role Overview

We have an exciting internal opportunity for the role of Logistics Supervisor to take responsibility for leading warehouse activities in line with company policies and vision while meeting and exceeding the expectations of internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

Overseeing receiving, warehousing & distribution operations.

Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislative requirements.

Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security.

Create, implement, and maintain a roster to ensure warehouse coverage during prescribed operating hours.

Direct warehouse reports to complete tasks and appraise results.

Support warehouse staff activities in times of high need.

About You

Proven work experience as a Warehouse Lead or equivalent position.

Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.

Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.

Leadership skills and ability to manage staff.

Excellent communication skills.

Relevant educational qualifications in Distribution, First Line Management, Logistics, Transport, or being APICS Qualified will be well regarded.
