NTHA is looking for a motivated supervisor to join our client's team
Our client is a proud Australian-owned supplier of premium structural and decorative timber products. Operating nationally through an exclusive wholesale model, they service Building Material Merchants, Home Centres, and Truss/Frame manufacturers.
The Role
NTHA is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join the team full time. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising warehouse operations while maintaining high safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations and staff
Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and company safety policies
Operate forklifts and assist with general warehouse tasks
Manage inventory accuracy and damage control
Oversee transport coordination and machinery maintenance
Lead Toolbox and Safety Team meetings and complete relevant reports
Drive process improvements and team accountability
About You
3+ years' experience in a warehouse leadership role (timber industry a plus)
Current forklift licence and confident operational skills
Strong knowledge of WHS standards and compliance
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
Certificate III in Warehousing Operations (highly regarded)
