Our client is a global freight forwarding company that offers international freight, warehousing, and distribution services. They're looking for someone to manage key warehousing accounts while working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and strong client relationships.

As the role involves managing stakeholders abroad, candidates with English and Mandarin proficiency will be advantageous.

What You’ll Do

Manage and support existing and new warehousing clients

Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams

Deliver tailored warehousing (storage, inventory, handling) and last-mile solutions

Resolve issues and ensure excellent service delivery

Identify ways to improve processes and the client experience

What We’re Looking For

Experience in warehousing, 3PL, or freight forwarding

Good communication and relationship management skills

Proactive, solutions-driven, and detail-oriented

Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment

Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required to communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
