What you bring (experience & qualifications)

3-4 years of consulting experience in insurance with focus on complex and critical IT transformations; candidates with consulting experience strongly preferred

In lieu of consulting experience, 2+ years minimum industry experience required; 3-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred

Master’s Degree required, PhD preferred

Willingness to travel internationally

Fluency in English and German

Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities

Strong written and verbal communication skills
