This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact role where you’ll operate as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving strategic performance across cross-functional delivery teams.

As a delivery leader, you’ll support the performance of agile delivery teams across product and operations teams to optimise delivery and uplift performance outcomes. You will work closely with General Managers and executive stakeholders to embed operational excellence, manage dependencies, and ensure execution aligns with broader business objectives.

This role spans multiple crews across banking, operations, digital, regulatory and AI – offering unmatched exposure and influence in a modern delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Lead annual planning cycles and facilitate quarterly business reviews
• Performance Management: Drive OKR tracking, velocity analysis, and performance uplift across delivery teams
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to GMs and senior executives, providing insights and direction
• Operational Excellence: Optimise delivery rhythms, manage dependencies, and support compliance requirements
• Crew Enablement: Support squads by surfacing insights, removing delivery roadblocks, and enhancing collaboration

Experience:

• Consulting experience in strategic delivery, business transformation, or performance uplift
• Optimisation Experience, from performance tracking to operational excellence
• Financial services experience is beneficial
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
• High resilience, problem-solving capability, and clear communication skills
• Confidence in engaging with executives and navigating complex stakeholder environments
• Experience of mentoring & coaching
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
