• Newly Created – Senior Consultant, Transformation
• 1-4 years’ experience – ideally coming from management consulting
• Retail Banking
• 12 month Fixed Term Contract - $110k-$125k package

Role Overview:
This role is newly created due to growth within retail banking. Reporting into a highly regarded leader, the role would suit a high caliber Transformation professional on the upwards trajectory of their career (1-4 years experience) with Retail Banking project experience.

• Work to deliver target state solution designs, encompassing both customer and business needs
• Conduct analysis to fully understand business issues and generate insights and solutions that can be delivered in an Agile manner
• Conduct in-depth analysis to inform strategic decisions
• Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to senior stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops and lead stakeholder engagement activities
• Develop PowerPoint materials to support change communication and reporting
• Operate effectively in dynamic environments, demonstrating the ability to think on your feet and apply commercial acumen

Skills & Experience:

• 2-5 years’ Experience working on Retail Banking projects – must have
• Prior consulting experience or internal project consulting within banking – preferred
• Enterprise Agile and Lean experience – nice to have
• Experience with operating model design
• Ability to think on your feet and present to Senior stakeholders and Executives
• Proven high quality, articulate stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to liaise with C Suite and Executive stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving capability
