About the Role

This is a full-time role. The ideal candidate will be located in Sydney, where our Head Office is.

This role will suit someone who has a genuine interest in creating business systems that facilitate organisational efficiency, effectiveness, sustainability and continual improvement.

What you’ll be doing

Delivering allocated client projects aimed at enhancing overall business efficiency and performance, including achieving ‘certification readiness’ to one or more ISO Standards as applicable

Conducting gap analysis and mapping business processes by assessing and analysing clients’ systems and organisational structures through the review and documentation of procedural materials, while liaising with clients to observe workflows.

Contributing to ensuring the Business Management System is applied in our workplace, and procedures are followed for all Quality, Information Security, Health & Safety, and Environmental requirements

Implementation of the developed management system through workshops and coaching with the client

Conducting internal audits of client systems and preparing findings and reports in line with relevant industry standards and best practices.

About you

Qualifications:

Bachelor or higher degree in Business or related field

Management System training and Certification(s)

Experience: At least 1 year experience as a Management Consultant.

Skills and competencies:

Client service and relationship focused: committed to providing exceptional service across all channels – written, phone and face to face - with the ability to build rapport and positive working relationships with clients and colleagues.

Communication: the ability to communicate and negotiate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience, demonstrating empathy, authority, friendliness and confidence.

Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.

Teamwork: willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members.

Time management/organisation: demonstrated high level of organisational skills including the capacity to set priorities, work to deadlines, accomplish objectives effectively within time frame goals, and in an efficient and timely manner.

Technology: Highly developed computer literacy skills including the capacity to effectively use email, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation and project management software.
