Our friendly general practice in Molong, NSW is seeking a Permanent Part-Time Practice Nurse to join our dedicated clinical team.

About Us: We're a collaborative team of 4 permanent GPs, GP registrars, and 3 experienced practice nurses. We take pride in our team-based and evidence-based approach to general practice and work closely with local community nursing and allied health teams every day.

Serving a small rural community allows us to build meaningful relationships with our patients and their families—something we believe enhances both the patient and clinician experience.

About the Role:

Permanent part-time position (flexible hours available)

Work alongside a skilled and supportive clinical team

Provide care including immunisations, wound management, chronic disease support, and health assessments

Engage in collaborative care with allied health and community services

What You'll Need:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN)

Experience in primary care preferred

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A warm, patient-centred approach

Current CPR certification

Immunisation certification or willingness to obtain

Demonstrated competency in ECG, triage, and basic wound care

Experience with chronic disease management

Eligible to work in Australia

Current Working with Children Check
