About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Customer Relationship Manager who’s eager to grow into an Account Manager role within our Recoveries Department.

Starting in a supportive training phase, you’ll work closely with our experienced Account Managers to build a deep understanding of our CRM systems, processes, and customer journey. Over time, you’ll take on more responsibility and transition into your own portfolio of client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and our client portal

Assist clients with loan-related queries, repayment changes, and financial hardship support

Work with clients to establish payment plans and resolve overdue accounts (2–100+ missed payments)

Gain exposure to legal and recoveries processes

Maintain detailed records and communicate with professionalism and empathy

- Proficient with computers and comfortable navigating digital systems.
- Strong communication skills

This is an entry level role, so whilst previous experience in finance is not essential, we are particularly interested in individuals who have a clear, assertive phone manner and a positive “can do” attitude, with experience working in fast-paced, customer-service based roles.
