The Dam, Cannabis Botanical Distillery and Raintree are seeking a creative, self-motivated, and highly organised Brand & Marketing Manager to join our team. This dynamic, multi-faceted role spans across our premium hospitality venue, innovative spirit brands, and farm-based tourism business – and is the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment.

We’re a growing, family-owned operation rooted in sustainability, innovation and genuine customer experience. As we expand into agri-tourism experiences and short-stay accommodation, we’re looking for someone who’s excited to shape the voice, visuals and sales experience of our evolving brand family.

The Role Includes:

Leading brand strategy and implementation across The Dam, Cannabis Botanical Distillery and Raintree

Managing social media channels, content calendars, and community engagement

Creating and curating compelling content across web, email marketing, and print (copywriting + basic design/layout)

Overseeing e-commerce platforms (Squarespace, Shopify), including product listings, sales campaigns, website updates, SEO, and digital ads

Working with the team to upsell products in-store and online, improving customer flow, messaging and product experience

Coordinating with suppliers, printers, photographers, and contractors for various marketing and admin needs

Supporting admin tasks including stock management, event planning, reporting and internal communications

Willingness to jump in on the floor when needed – in events, hospitality or tours

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2–3 years experience in a marketing, communications or brand role, ideally within hospitality, FMCG, tourism, or e-commerce

Strong copywriting and content creation skills with a clear, engaging tone tailored for brand storytelling

Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Meta Business Suite), with a focus on community building and engagement

Proficient in email marketing tools (Klaviyo) and campaign execution

Comfortable with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Squarespace), including product uploads, website edits, basic SEO and analytics

Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar for basic design and layout tasks

Experience in campaign planning, sales promotions and managing brand consistency across touchpoints

Experience with in-store visual merchandising, layout planning, and POS promotions

Ability to assist with product sourcing, supplier outreach, and local maker collaborations

Familiarity with or interest in retail/shop design, improving customer flow and shopping experience

Strong organisational and admin skills, with the ability to manage calendars, track stock, coordinate small events and liaise with suppliers

Confident using Google Workspace / Microsoft Office, with good file management and communication habits

Personal Attributes:

A self-starter with excellent time management who can work independently and proactively

Comfortable working across a diverse and evolving portfolio of brands

Flexible and hands-on approach, willing to jump into customer-facing hospitality or event support as needed

Strong attention to detail, especially when managing product listings, labels, or branded content

Passionate about regional business, sustainability, food & drink, and tourism

Remuneration & Employment Details:

This is a casual position starting at 3 days per week, with flexibility to increase to a full-time role for the right candidate as our business continues to grow. Remuneration will be based on the Hospitality Industry (General) Award (HIGA), classified in line with the skills and responsibilities of the role, likely Level 5–6 (Clerical/Administrative Stream). This equates to an approximate casual rate of $39–$44 per hour, inclusive of casual loading, depending on experience.

The role is based on-site across our venues in Denmark, WA, and applicants must have the right to work in Australia. An RSA is desirable but not essential, and occasional weekend or event-based work may be required. We're looking for someone who’s ready to make their mark in a growing, dynamic business — with plenty of opportunity to grow alongside us.
