To Succeed in This Role, You'll Need:

Proven sales experience (essential)

Marketing experience (highly regarded)

Fitness industry experience (highly regarded)

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills — in person, on the phone, and via email

Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage data, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines

Professional, punctual, reliable, and well-presented

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Trustworthiness and the ability to handle confidential information

Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM and marketing platforms

What You'll Be Doing:

Drive membership growth using internal sales processes

Manage and convert leads within our CRM system

Acquire new members and turn prospects into loyal clients

Build strong, lasting relationships with members and the wider community

Support retention strategies to keep our community thriving

Actively participate in community-building initiatives

Collaborate with the leadership team to meet performance targets

Take ownership of front-of-house operations before, during, and after sessions

Help maintain studio cleanliness and ensure a premium member experience

Assist with daily studio operations and administrative tasks
