About the Role
We’re looking for a capable Site Manager to oversee a multi-townhouse project in Noosa, from slab to handover. This is a hands-on site leadership role with full responsibility for delivery, quality, and coordination.

You’ll be working for a respected local builder with a consistent pipeline of residential and mixed-use projects across the Sunshine Coast. If you’ve delivered complex builds and know how to keep a site moving, this role offers strong long-term potential.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations on a multi-townhouse site

Coordinate trades and subcontractors to maintain schedule

Enforce WHS compliance and maintain a clean, safe site

Ensure build quality aligns with plans and specifications

Troubleshoot delays and site issues proactively

Communicate with the office, consultants, and client reps

Drive program, track milestones, and ensure timely handover

What You’ll Need

Experience as a Site Manager on townhouse or multi-residential builds

Minimum Cert IV in Building & Construction

Solid knowledge of residential codes, WHS, and on-site processes

Ability to lead from the front and coordinate teams effectively

White Card and valid driver’s licence
