Location: Parramatta
Employment Type: Temporary full-time (12-month contract)
Salary: $113,574 to $125,720 per annum + super + leave loading
Your role
As a Senior Test Analyst, you'll be part of a multi disciplinary team delivering digital projects within the Strategy, Reform and Support division of Court Services. You'll be responsible for preparing test cases, test plans, and test scripts, and for conducting system testing to ensure software solutions are reliable and fit for purpose.
What You'll Do
- Analyse business requirements and develop acceptance criteria that is aligned with business processes.
- Assist in creating test plans and cases to ensure comprehensive coverage of defined requirements.
- Identify test cases for the automated regression suite, including defined preconditions, test steps and expected results.
- Maintain and update the regression suite with new or modified test cases and perform regression testing during project iterations and release cycles.
- Conduct system and integration testing to validate new or updated service endpoints and software against acceptance criteria, ensuring that no defects are introduced.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to determine load and performance testing requirements.
- Participate in planning sessions and provide estimates for user stories in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking candidates with experience in a similar role or with a demonstrated understanding of the following tools and technologies:
- JavaScript
- SQL
- Postman / SoapUI
- Tricentis qTest
Candidates that hold ISTQB Foundation Level (or higher) certification will be highly regarded.
