They’re now looking for a Project Manager who’s sharp, collaborative, and ready to lead creative projects from concept to completion. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, loves bringing structure to the chaos, and knows how to keep big ideas moving on time and on budget — without losing the creative magic along the way.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own project planning, coordination, and delivery across multiple exciting, design-driven projects
• Translate creative briefs into clear, achievable workflows and project schedules
• Keep communication flowing between artists, designers, manufacturers, clients, and consultants
• Drive day-to-day project activities — from design through to installation
• Spot risks and roadblocks early, and connect the right people to resolve them
• Maintain budgets, timelines, and documentation with precision and transparency
• Foster strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders
• Promote a culture of respect, collaboration, and shared commitment to excellence

What You Bring

• 5+ years in project management or coordination roles — ideally in manufacturing, construction, design, or creative industries
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication style — clear, honest, and solutions-focused
• Experience juggling multiple stakeholders and fast-moving priorities
• Confidence working with budgets, schedules, and risk management tools
• A calm head under pressure and the ability to bring clarity when things get complex
• Familiarity with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, project management tools, and collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Teams, Bluebeam, etc.)
• Exposure to contract documentation, EOTs, or subcontractor management is a plus
