The Opportunity

We need a dynamic go-getter who can OWN this role and RUN with it — immediately. Our Director needs you to take charge so they can focus on design innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Manage marine HVAC & Refrigeration projects end-to-end
• Liaise with and report directly to the Director
• Lead teams & subcontractors — on time, on budget
• Prioritize schedules, resources & procurement
• Maintain client & supplier relationships
• Ensure safety, quality & performance standards
• Schedule technicians, manage stock, ensure readiness
• Quote, invoice, and contribute to sales & design
• Keep communication flowing to hit every deadline

Who You Are

• ⭐ 5+ years’ management experience (marine/HVAC/superyacht/engineering ideal)
• ⭐ Solutions-focused, logical, and thrives under pressure
