About the Business

Our client is a long standing project and custom home builder also working within the renovation space. They have a turnover of approximately 150 - 200 builds per year and are expanding.

About the Position

Currently an opportunity exists for a Building and Estimating Manager to join the team in a key role. Responsibilities will include:

Sales estimating and tenders

Maintaining estimating software, recipes and price files

Overseeing production operations

Overseeing Construction Supervisors

Procurement and negotiations with trades and suppliers

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years residential building experience

Carpentry Trade qualified or licenced Builder preferred

Experience in residential estimating and able to be in a hands on role

Experience with onsite construction

Good leadership skills and strong communication and negotiation skills

Beams experience highly regarded
