An opportunity has opened for an experienced Estimating Manager to step into a true leadership role with a well-established residential builder delivering both custom and project homes ranging from $350k to $1m, with the occasional project extending to $2m.

This is a genuine management position - your focus will be on guiding and supporting a capable team, not doing the estimating yourself. Based near Yatala, you'll be the key liaison across departments, driving workflow and ensuring estimating performance stays on track.

Is this you?

• Proven experience managing an estimating team in residential construction
• Strong understanding of both custom and project home estimating
• Proficient in Databuild, Bluebeam, and complex Excel spreadsheets
• Confident communicator with a leadership mindset and liaison skills

• Leadership-focused role
• Manage a team of 7–8 skilled estimators (3 senior sales, 3–4 production estimators)
• Stable, experienced team with strong systems in place
• Broad range of residential projects – custom and project homes
• Central office location in Yatala with established business processes
• Competitive salary $130k – $140k + Super
